The award season in Hollywood began with Golden Globes presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and were handed out in a live televised ceremony on January 10, 2016. The awards night saw some of the biggest names in the Hollywood. From Kate Winslet to Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon to Jennifer Lawrence, it was a star studded and booze filled evening.

Hosted by Ricky Gervais for the fourth time, Ricky didn’t leave anyone when it came to jokes. The host opened his monologue by mocking Sean Penn, Caitlyn Jenner, Roman Polanski, Jennifer Lawrence, Jeffrey Tambor, Ben Affleck, and many more. It was also a great night for many new shows on Television.
