Marking the start of Paris Fashion Week on March 1, 2016, designer Anthony Vaccarello brought more sex appeal to Day 1 with his fall-winter collection. It is hard to believe that the designer has only been around for 7 years and has been a celebrity favourite.
The designer’s collection consisted of body-con silhouettes with leather skirts featuring lace-up details, skinny pants and oversized suit jackets. Anthony worked more on the corsetry details defining at the hip instead of the waist. The detailing in the dresses consisted of mesh and floral as well as mini skirts added more glam to it. Moto jackets and utility coats with fur offer a stylish cover-up for the winter. This time around, the designer skipped the evening wear. Instead, Vaccarello added a touch of shine with sequin-embellished dresses like the finale look worn by Mica Arganaraz in black.
